Q: How does pricing work?

A: The base price is per person, from there we charge for staff/labor based on the number of guests and style of service. Also there are additional fees for Bar service

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check and Cash.

Q: How much time do you require for set up and breakdown of my event?

A: Typical events require 2-3 hours for setup and 2 hours for breakdown after food is finished.

Q: When is my final guest count due?

A:10 days prior to the event date(or otherwise agreed upon).

Q: What is your deposit requirement?

A: At time of booking: 50% of total ($500 maximum) of the total invoice.(Non-Refundable)

30 days out: 50% of remaining invoice

10 days prior to actual event: Remaining balance due with final head count. (Guest count can increase but not decrease after this date)

Q: Can you provide servers, chefs and bartenders?

A: Yes, we are capable of providing all necessary staff to set up, run and break down your entire event.

Q: For corporate catering, do you accommodate last minute orders?

A: We prefer 48 hours notice for all orders to ensure product availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute orders, so please contact us.
